We are looking for a volunteer psychotherapist to join our amazing team. In this role you will be assisting NDIS participants in providing support and counselling to empower them to achieve their goals. Family Drug Support (FDS) offers a 24/7 National Support Line for families & carers supporting someone with substance use issues. Volunteers are trained in the Family Drug Support model to offer non-judgmental support to reduce the isolation and stigma that people experience.

Community Visitors uphold the Human Rights of people living in supported care. They visit accommodation facilities and monitor and report on the adequacy of services provided. This role is ideally suited to individuals who are able to visit during day-time hours or late afternoons and who can make a commitment of two years. Training will be provided to support you in the role.
