The helpline was established in 2009, and is the only such service in Australia helping people living with pain. Guides have a personal connection to chronic pain and are able to support callers with chronic pain.

Could you help make someone's day a bit brighter? The Kurri Kurri District Hospital Volunteers provide comfort to patients, their families and visitors when they need it most. As well they support staff and fundraise to help build a better patient experience. They have a cafe that is managed on site but we need more helpers to get it open.

The co-facilitator for the "Everybody is Welcome" Pain Support Group can be located anywhere in Australia. The group is a safe space for to help participants to share their experiences of living with chronic pain, promoting self-management techniques, reducing isolation and assisting with health system navigation.

A fantastic opportunity is available to take charge and provide audit information to management by researching and analyzing data; preparing reports on various processes and projects at Get2Know!
