Based at 83 Princes Highway in St Peters, Circle Paints is Australia's first paint rescue charity. We would LOVE your help to sort and catalogue donated paint, so people who need cheap and environmentally friendly paint can find what they need.

This position will suit a person who's contented to work alone, who enjoys being outside in the fresh air and working in a peaceful environment. Remembrance Park Central Victoria manages a number of cemeteries in the Bendigo area and is looking for Gardening and Painting volunteers for a variety of tasks. Someone who is friendly and enjoys meeting and talking to people.

Your basic sewing machine skills, or willingness to learn, will be useful in this role sewing wildlife rescue pouches and basket liners. Only straight line sewing, and patterns are cut along straight lines. All equipment is provided. Pouches and liners are sewn to specific sizes and designs and are given to local wildlife carers as needed. Timing is flexible - between 8am and 1pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
