Cairns Children’s Museum is a not-for-profit whose mission is to offer hands-on, interactive, educational exhibits and play spaces for the children in Cairns and surrounds. Our aim is to become a space that inspires children to play, explore, wonder and be curious about all things STEAM. We have a range of exhibits and interactive experiences for children to engage with, including a wind tunnel, the longest kaleidoscope in the southern hemisphere and our imaginative play area, Tiny Town!

He/she is responsible for promoting the Society as an organisation of choice in regard to family history research and membership. Horses provide vital mental and physical stimulation for our disabled participants, improving their confidence, increasing their autonomy and delivering immeasurable amounts of pleasure. There are many and varied opportunities for volunteers at our centre.
