CUDL urgently requires cooks to prepare meals at home for distribution at our street kitchen in Whitmore Square in the city. Volunteers will prepare budget meals at home once a month for collection by one of our team of drivers. Volunteers required in our dementia specific Activity Centre's. Key duties can include the following, assisting our Activity Officers with activities, assistance with preparing meals, serving of meals, general kitchen duties, becoming a bus host on our Community Transport bus, which would involve transporting clients to and from Centre. If there is a particular role you are interested in, then that is completely up to you.

You'll be welcomed into the supersized commercial kitchen. You'll get busy in the kitchen transforming rescued food into nutritious meals, that will be delivered to disadvantaged communities.
