The Hunter Cancer Hub is based in the Canteen office in Newcastle and is an exciting new project, launched in early 2022 that will act as the central point between those who are impacted by cancer and support services. The Hunter Cancer Hub (HCH) Office Administration Volunteer will play a pivotal role in supporting families and individuals who approach The Hub for support.

Diabetes Victoria is holding a diabetes education event for the Vietnamese community on May 28, and looking for Vietnamese speaking volunteers to provide in-language support to attendees. We have 4 volunteer roles available. Horses provide vital mental and physical stimulation for our disabled participants, improving their confidence, increasing their autonomy and delivering immeasurable amounts of pleasure. There are many and varied opportunities for volunteers at our centre.
