The Multicultural Hub Canberra (mHub) and St Vincent de Paul Migrant and Refugee Program are excited to announce the formation of our collaborative Multicultural Youth Reference Group. Members will help to inform events, programs and activities that benefit multicultural young people and in turn will help create a space for meaningful youth participation.

Willunga Netball Club was first established in 1924 in Willunga. We now play at the Willunga Recreation Park on Saturday’s during the winter season and play in the Great Southern Netball Association. We train on Tuesday nights with U9 starting a 4:00pm and seniors finishing at approximately 8:30pm. If you have an interest in the Arts, you might want to consider being a Gallery Receptionist at a community arts gallery in the heart of Ellenbrook. Ellenbrook Arts need a new pool of Receptionists to help us back on our feet. This is a wonderful role for the right person who has some experience in providing awesome customer service, and who doesn't mind handling the occasional sale of artworks.

Event Planners, here is a chance to showcase your skills!! Ellenbrook Arts will be reopening on 21 June. We require Event Assistants to assist with some upcoming events. You will be setting up food and beverages, service of food and drinks, cleaning away after events, and helping out in general at events. Some lifting may be required and a service of alcohol certificate is a must.

Work with a supportive team and develop your skills. You will undertake general reception duties and provide administrative support including answering the phone, taking enquiries, customer service, and general computer use. You should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and internet usage, though training can be provided. Good phone manner is essential, along with a willingness to learn and follow instructions. Discretion and confidentiality are essential to this role.

Opportunities exist for individuals to participate as volunteers in all areas of Umbrella’s operations, thus receiving valuable industry experience and professional guidance in all aspects of contemporary visual arts.
