Help the animals at Leaning Tree Equine & Animal Experience by looking after the 20-acre property out here in Greenough. Start any date that suits, as long as we are available. Minimum stay two weeks. You work 3.5 days each week. Days are long, from dawn to dusk, but the happy smiling faces of the animals around you will make it all worth it. Duties include daily cleaning of barns and coops, feeding, health checks, light maintenance work, monitoring herd movements and intensive care of ill, old and baby animals. Extra duties may be required when new there are new rescues or infants.

This Volunteer will offer support to the staff of Volunteer South West in various administration activities. This volunteer will also be trained to interview prospective clients and will be occasionally asked to assist on a stall at expos.

Being 100% volunteer run, our volunteer branches rely on foster care assistance to house their animals while they wait for adoption, as they have no permanent adoption facility
