Are you concerned about the amount of rubbish on our coastline? Adopt a Spot are recruiting volunteers to nominate an area of coastline to manage the removal of marine debris. Tasks will include daily cleans, collation of data (taking pictures of marine debris & reporting back on data via email or social media), disposal of materials in accordance with Local Council rubbish/recycling guidelines and provide community education in sustainable practices.

So far we have been able to create items such as plates, cups, bowls, plant pots, surfboard fins and wax combs but there is no limit to what can be created from discarded items.

SAFE Esperance ("Saving Animals From Euthanasia") require volunteers to make items that they can sell on their fortnightly fundraising market stall.
