You will assist local experts identify, measure and map endangered plants at the reserve as part of the NSW Government's Saving our Species program.

Help restore and maintain the Londonderry Woodland Reserve, a protected remnant of the critically endangered Cumberland Plain Woodland, home to numerous rare and threatened plants and wildlife.

Could you: * staff the desk * answer the phone * assist with sales & library/loan duties * general housekeeping * & guide people around the Centre? Are you concerned about the amount of rubbish on our coastline? Adopt a Spot are recruiting volunteers to nominate an area of coastline to manage the removal of marine debris. Tasks will include daily cleans, collation of data (taking pictures of marine debris & reporting back on data via email or social media), disposal of materials in accordance with Local Council rubbish/recycling guidelines and provide community education in sustainable practices.
