As the Volunteer and Staff Coordinator for the Big Love Festival 2024 (Chenrezig Institute 26-28th September 2024), you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and staff to support the successful execution of the event. You’ll ensure all festival volunteers and staff are equipped with the necessary resources and information to fulfil their roles effectively, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for festival attendees.

As the Marketing Manager for the Big Love Festival (Chenrezig Institute, 26-28th September 2024) you will play a vital role in driving ongoing ticket sales through festival promotion and brand awareness through multiple platforms/marketing/communication methods. Branding has already been developed, some early marketing has already begun and tickets are already selling. This role begins asap until end September, following festival wrap up and lessons learnt are documented for future festivals.

Fund Raising and Raffle Sales is a voluntary position for Friends of the Pound (Tweed) Inc. The role is to raise funds for our organisation via raffle sales in shopping malls. The money raised will be used in the feeding and care of the dogs and cats being housed with Friends of the Pound.

The 2024 Camberwell Art Show exhibits in the Advanced Technologies Centre at Swinburne University. We need large numbers of volunteers to assist Camberwell Rotary Club members with a wide range of exciting and challenging roles between Tuesday 18 June and Monday 1 July. Most roles require no specific skill, others require computer, customer service and hospitality skills. Training available.

Cinemallunga is a non for profit organisation providing Community Cinema events, show casing feature films, with the emphasis on fun & frivolity. Audience participation is highly encouraged. Assist in Thrift Shop, interacting with public, bagging purchases. Possibly ringing up sales and handling cash. During trading hours, the stock will need to be tidied. At least two individuals work in the shop each shift. The shop is open Monday to Saturday, 9am till noon. Hours will be extended till 3pm on weekdays, if staffing permits. Shifts of either half day. Full day is negotiable
