We are a not-for-profit community group who hold an annual “Hills Billy Cart Festival” at Mount Helena in the Perth Hills. Our next event will be on St Patrick’s day 24th March 2024. This position would suit someone with office/book keeping skills.

If you like inspiring people and assisting them to achieve their goals, while helping them to provide valuable assistance to a worthy organisation, then you will enjoy this position.

Work with a supportive team and develop your skills. You will undertake general reception duties and provide administrative support including answering the phone, taking enquiries, customer service, and general computer use. You should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and internet usage, though training can be provided. Good phone manner is essential, along with a willingness to learn and follow instructions. Discretion and confidentiality are essential to this role.

As a Toy Librarian you will be required to oversee the borrowing and returning of toys, ensuring they are maintained in good condition and working order e.g. cleaning, changing batteries etc and assisting with the general 'smooth running' of the Library.
