Are you interested in helping reduce depression, anxiety and loneliness in older people living in residential aged care? If so, we invite you to become a befriender in our BEFRIENDAS research project!

Our Trivia Quiz is conducted online for retirement village residents and clients in community settings. We required a Volunteer to assist by asking the Trivia Quiz Questions. A clear speaking voice is important to deliver this online quiz either out of our Wellness Hub in Wahroonga or remotely from home. You will be assisted in the role by Catholic Healthcare staff.

We are looking for Volunteers to visit and brighten the days of people in aged care facilities, We ask for a commitment of one -two hours a fortnight. You are visiting to offer social support. Have a chat, play a game and share stories.
