Volunteering with Valley RDA is a very rewarding experience assisting riders with varied abilities to reach their goals as a rider whilst improving their physical mental and emotional well being. Learning activities for independent living include – communication, healthy living, home maintenance, community connection, social engagement, employment, tenancy, healthy relationships, building friendships, and numeracy and literacy skills.

STEPS Café Volunteers will assist students with disability in a hospitality environment to learn essential skills for employment such as food handling, customer service, money handling and more.
