As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering face-to-face events and virtual/hybrid events. In this role, you will be responsible for the ideation, development, and execution of a broad range of client and staff events, and you will also deliver these events.

The Regional Lead is responsible for the Regional Operations Team (ROT) but will be provided with support and assistance from the International Operations Team. This role involves collecting a 3.5M poly boat on a purpose-built aluminium trailer with an electric start 4-stroke motor and towing it 500 meters to a public boat ramp. Launch the boat with the help of club members, drive the boat out onto Throsby Creek and lay markers to create a sailing course. Return to shore and be on standby to collect distressed model boats if required. When racing has concluded, collect the buoys & return the boat to its original location.

The Capel Regional Equestrian Park has been successful in securing funding from CSRFF and the Shire of Capel to build a new multi-sports pavilion. We now need to source additional funding to finalise the project. The role will be to oversee the building of the new premises and manage the distribution of the sponsorship package to businesses within the region, and then follow up the prospective sponsors. A spreadsheet of all businesses approached will need to be maintained.

Lead and Guide various groups and tours through the Botanic Gardens

The Meals Program Volunteer is required from 10.00am to 2pm every Thursday to work with staff and consumers to organise and prepare a communal lunch at the Asylum Seeker Welcome Centre. The volunteer will work autonomously and ideally have experience working in a commercial kitchen. Creativity is necessary in order to create a lunch menu using food items that are available in the foodbank during that week. Your work will offer comfort to those seeking asylum in this country.

Moreton Bay Region Visitor Information Centres are located across the region at Bribie, Redcliffe, Samford, Caboolture and Woodford and are open 7 days a week from 9am - 4pm. Volunteers are the welcoming ambassadors for the centres and mostly do a 4 hour shift once a week. Our volunteers enjoy promoting the Moreton Bay region and helping visitors with directions, maps, information and guides. We also offer opportunities for volunteers to be tour guides.

MiCare is looking for committed and enthusiastic people to volunteer in our Family Learning Clubs in Werribee and Laverton. The program aims to assist newly arrived young people from migrant and refugee backgrounds with their school work, basic literacy and numeracy skills. Must be over 18 years of age.
