The volunteer will support the group facilitators with the weekly hosting of parent gatherings. This group aims to engage isolated families and encourage network building! Blind Sports & Recreation Victoria is currently seeking a volunteer to accompany an elderly lady who is blind on weekly or fortnightly walks in her local area of Mornington for 1 hour. Help this lady explore her suburb, keep fit and feel socially connected!

Down Syndrome Victoria is looking for volunteers for an exciting new program – FitSkills. FitSkills is a evidence-based physical activity program for people with Down syndrome. In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. Together they will exercise at their local gym, fitness centre or health club. The program runs for 12 weeks and participants go to the gym together twice a week.
