We are looking for volunteers with allied health, active ageing or gym instructor experience who are able to join the team and be available weekly for agreed shifts to assist with gym exercise in groups or one on one with residents.

Residents living at our Aged Care homes like to continue to connect with others and take part in some active walking with a supportive companion. We encourage our elderly residents to stay active and get out in the gardens and Aged Care Home grounds. Do you have some spare time to share and support our resident to connect and stay active?
