Providing one or more lunches per week to volunteers
The caterer will purchase adequate food for the number of volunteers attending for lunch (can vary
between 8 and 12 people). There is a ‘shop bike’ and nearby supermarket, but own transport would
be easier.
Prepare food and serve food. Ensure any leftovers are reused in a safe manner. Make sure that the
lunchroom and utensils have been cleaned (by whoever is on the roster).
Check supplies of enough tea, coffee, milk and sugar for the week.
