The group is a safe space for to help participants to share their experiences of living with chronic pain, promoting self-management techniques, reducing isolation and assisting with health system navigation.

Breastfeeding counsellors are trained volunteers who offer breastfeeding information and mother-to-mother support to women whose babies are breastfeeding and to their families. Their area of expertise is breastfeeding support. The counsellors have to have breastfed at least one baby for a minimum of 6 months and hold a current Certificate IV in Breastfeeding Education (Counselling) (or equivalent) and have to complete ongoing training to up d ate their knowledge and skills.

Volunteers are the backbone to our harm minimization services ( Needle & Syringe Program ) and assist in community events for Health Promotion to reduce and eliminate viral Hepatitis. Clients are from all walks of life and include PWID, those experiencing trauma, may be street present, itinerant, living with AOD or other complex issues.
