At Twilight Aged Care we have an active and growing volunteer program that is comprised of compassionate and dedicated individuals looking to improve the quality of life of residents through genuine social engagement, activities, and one on one conversations.

We are looking for friendly people who are interested in making a difference in the lives of our community’s seniors by regularly visiting and being a social friend to individuals living in residential aged care in Fortitude Valley. In this particular role, a lady who grew up in former Yugoslavia would enjoy reminiscing in her first language and sharing a tea or coffee with you.

Our Volunteer Activities Assistants work with expert staff and a small group, or one-on-one, to encourage and support adult participants with disabilities with their week-day programs.
