She loves music and dancing and enjoys going out for lunch and coffee. An advocate could accompany Mia on outings and help build her confidence. Her visual impairment limits going out alone, and she would appreciate having a friend with her. Mia wants to retain her independence socially and feel connected with the community.

As the Mentoring Experience Officer, you will help us to improve the overall experience of our mentoring program from a participant’s perspective. As our program grows, we aim to enhance the start-to-end journey of our participants and ensure our mentors and mentees feel supported and engaged throughout their mentoring journeys.
