The BRIGHT Walk 2024 takes place on Saturday 6 July from 4pm–9pm. 2500 people will walk through the CBD and North Adelaide, raising money for medical research at SAHMRI through sponsorships from friends and family.

Agestrong is a group strength and balance program for older people that no longer feel confident to access mainstream classes. It is a supportive program run by trained leaders and supported by health professionals.
