As the Volunteer and Staff Coordinator for the Big Love Festival 2024 (Chenrezig Institute 26-28th September 2024), you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and staff to support the successful execution of the event. Duties involve greeting customers, general cleaning of shop, window dressing, keeping the different areas; eg books, clothing, etc tidy; serving of tea and coffee and assisting with High Teas. Friday Volunteers needed urgently.

Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a timekeeper, marshal, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.

We are looking for friendly people who smile a lot & enjoy chatting to our visitors, who are of a neat and tidy appearance and who are self motivated with a good work ethic and an eye for detail. You must be able to work as part of our team, but also to work without supervision and use initiative when required.

Are you an outdoors person who also loves mountain biking and racing? Then spend the weekend (or part of the weekend) at our Dirty Weekend at Fox Creek Mountain Bike Park in the Adelaide Hills from 26 to 28 April 2024 either as a Campsite or Parking Marshal!

We are looking for volunteers who enjoy working outdoors, are organised and able to take direction as required, and be prepared to assist with the Event Village set up to be a part of our Event Logistics 'Dirty Weekend' team, Friday 26 to Sunday 28 April 2024.

Able to teach guitar and provide some social interaction. Able to work individually on a one to one basis.
