About this opportunity
This volunteer role provides you with an opportunity to share your customer service, reception and hospitality skills at a quaint cafe located in Laidley - Annie's Place Cafe at Das Neumann Haus. Das Neumann Haus is also a white ‘I’ which offers tourist information and is a beautiful historic museum.
The aim of this position is also to provide and deliver accurate information to visitors and locals in a professional, welcoming manner while promoting the Lockyer Valley as the region of choice.
Duties include: Food preparation, barista role, kitchen hand, providing information about the museum and the local area, answering telephone, cash handling.
Volunteer characteristics: Friendly, positive, punctual, trustworthy, efficient and capable in a fast paced environment during busy periods.
Skills gained: Customer Service, Hospitality, Local knowledge.

Additional requirements
Driver's Licence (C) . Working with Children Check *.
