About this opportunity

Volunteers are required to assist with launching and rigging of sailing dinghies. Volunteers are also required to assist in the docking area, loading and unloading people with disability into boats, using the electric crane operation and sling lifting. These are tasks that you will be trained in. You must have an interest in sailing and enjoy working with people who have a disability.

Covid-19 vaccination . National Police Certificate *. Others . Working with Children Check *.

A friendly, approachable person who enjoys working with people with a disability. Has an interest in sailing. Fit, active person as some lifting is required. Male or female.

It is preferred and recommended that all attendees at the Club be vaccinated and adhere to Health Department regulations, and also if feeling unwell, not attend the Club.
This also applies to people attending our Sailability program.
