Woodwork Workshop - Wooden Toy Factory - Encounter Community Centre
About this opportunity
Would you like to help create lasting family treaures? The Encounter Community Centre is looking for volunteers to work as part of a friendly team to help produce quality hand made toys.
You may wish to paint, build, or even be trained in using woodwork machinery. The items you will be helping to make may include wooden dolls houses, trucks, giraffes, rocking horses, and games which are sold in our two retail outlets. Proceeds from the sale of the toys are reinvested into the community centre.
No experience is necessary as all training is provided. We are looking for people who are self motivated, with a positive attitude, and who are willing to learn.
