About this opportunity

BlueWave Living is a not-for-profit community organisation offering High and Low residential aged care.

To walk with residents and push other residents in wheelchairs outside of the facility, sometimes around the block, other times to nearby kiosk. Basically to get them outdoors for the colourful environment, smells and things to see.

Benefits: Satisfaction for volunteers of being able to get residents out and about.

Training: Shown how to use a wheelchair.

Notes: Compassion and understanding.

Must have a current Flu Shot certificate
