Why not help with horses and their riders?

About this opportunity

We urgently require people to help with being a horse leader.

Are you good with communication? We need volunteers who can communicate well with our riders.

You will be assisting the riders to get them on and off the horses and lead horses around the arena under the supervision of an instructor.

You will also be asked to assist in grooming and saddling the horses.

This valuable role will also see you help with assisting in the lessons which are run by accredited coaches who have ongoing training and full First Aid qualifications.

As you can imagine we need everyone to follow policies and procedures to ensure everyone's safety.

We are looking for people who have patience and who are willing to spend time getting to know and understand each horse.


Additional requirements

Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.

You will be required to obtain a working with Children Check and a Police check. You will need your own transport to get to our facility in PINJARRA as there is no public transport available.

Time Required

Varying hours on Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Saturday between 8:30 and 3pm - to suit your availability.
