About this opportunity
Hawthorn House, Albany is a leading community model environment aimed at meeting the needs for people living with dementia in the Great Southern. The home-like environment encourages staff, families, volunteers and people with dementia to contribute to it’s running. This includes cooking the lunch, plant the vegetables, walk the dog or just have a restful nap.
Family carers can enjoy respite from their caring role and can spend time with the Hawthorn House community if they wish.

Fridays 9.30-1.30pm
