Want to help out a very unique and Australian organisation? Do you love meeting people, socialising, or being behind the scenes organising, cleaning, cooking etc? The Royal Flying Doctor Service provides an essential service to Australian remote communities and emergency assistance across Australia. Volunteers help to promote RFDS and help organise and run events to raise money towards operational expenses of the Service. Promote RFDS and help at fundraising events. Events include market days, open gardens, raffles and occasional special events. Cooking, making savories and cakes, supper provision at old time dance once a month. Volunteers provide general or specific assistance at the events with a great team.
We also provide support for other individuals or community groups that offer to raise money for this very essential health service. You would be part of a willing and dedicated team which meets monthly on the 2nd Monday night between 7.30 and 8.30pm.
Additional requirements
Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *.
Persons with interest in assisting Royal Flying Doctor Service as part of the Busselton Team.
Second Monday evening of each month, 7.30pm for an hour.
