About this opportunity
-Respond to telephone, email and face to face enquires and record them appropriately -Accurately complete the initial enquiry/contact process
-Assist in screening telephone enquires, escort clients to meetings, data entry requests
-Support the development and implementation of discrete projects as requested
-Do other duties as requested
Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *.
Great people skills, quick learner, communication skills (written and verbal), Word/Excel/Internet/Email/Database experience, listen well, mediate/manage potential conflict, work autonomously as well as part of a team and take direction, complete tasks within time and at a high level, undertake research and complete discrete projects and work flexible hours.
