About this opportunity

Volunteers are needed to work as team members providing free, confidential, impartial information and referral services to any person or organization in all sectors of the community without discrimination or bias. This invaluable service empowers individuals and families to make informed decisions. Some computer experience is required, the role Involves connecting people with information and services to help them make independent and informed decisions, in addition making bookings etc; for our solicitor legal services.

Our volunteers are the face and voice of our organisation. Volunteers come from diverse backgrounds - but the things they have in common are their strong desire to help others, their ability to communicate clearly and concisely, their great customer service skills and their computer skills.

This position may not be suitable for job seekers as long term commitment is required. It is suggested suitable for ages 60 and over. Training is provided.
