Assistant Function Coordinator
About this opportunity
We are looking for a motivated volunteer with good people skills to meet and greet people looking to use our venue for functions. This involves taking calls from potential clients and showing them the facility. This would also involve setting up for certain events and includes administration and basic computer work.
You would be required to oversee and assist with the scheduling of functions during the year. You may also be called upon to meet with potential hirers of our function spaces to show them the venue.
Additional requirements
Driver's Licence (C) .
Event management experience would be highly regarded. RSA and food handling certificate would be beneficial. Experience in administration and basic computer skills are essential. You may be called upon midweek to meet with potential hirers. Orientation with ongoing support and information, RSA training is available.
Variable. Saturday nights, details available from agency. Midweek, possibly meet with potential hall booking inquiries.
