TSTA (Tasmanian State Training Association) is 100% volunteer run not for profit organisation and as such, all positions are as unpaid volunteers.
Suitable for MED3 or above.
Lady Nelson run two diesel engines, a Gardner and auxiliary Kohler generator. Training proved for pumping of the bilges, fuel, fresh water and black/grey water.

Current Working with Vulnerable People ticket and First Aid certificate.
Elements of Shipboard Safety certificate
Annual Membership fee $50 (concessions available)
An annual membership fee is required to cover insurance, The full amount being $50 per year and concession is available
Please Note: As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the level of coverage for volunteers due to various restrictions to ensure they are covered for the roles they will be undertaking.
Fully negotiable across 4 days/week, and sometimes overnight.
