About this opportunity

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Assistant at OBK, you will play a crucial role in our mission to support those in need by managing inventory, receiving and sorting raw food donations, and accurately recording data into our system. Your responsibilities will include weighing incoming donations, logging inventory details, and tracking meal distributions to partner charities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and sort raw food donations
  • Manage inventory and accurately record data into our system
  • Weigh incoming donations and maintain detailed records
  • Log meal distributions to partner charities, tracking quantities and dates

Requirements:

  • Background in supply chain management or related field preferred
  • We need interim help from 16 April to 30 May, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 12:30pm (time can change but mostly mornings)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
