About this opportunity
Volunteers are an integral part of the Salvos Stores community – generously offering their time to assist with the day-to-day retail Store operations. This specific position will mainly focus on delivering excellent customer service to customers, and completing POS transactions (training will be provided). The role will also include receiving donations from the general public, merchandising, rotating stock, and general housekeeping.
All Salvos Stores Volunteers and Employees will be required to obtain an Australian National Police Check. Police Checks can be arranged via The Salvation Army.
15 hours per week - preferably twice per week between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (specific participation schedule can be discussed with the Supervisor/Store Manager)Suitable for
