Wesley Mission Queensland’s Hyland House Respite Centre is seeking Gardening Volunteers!

Hyland House Respite Centre is for older persons and people living with a disability in the Pine Rivers area. It is a wonderful place to connect, meet people, and make new friends. Our services include centre-based day respite and a diverse range of day programs and activities, social groups, and social outings.

We are currently looking for people to assist older persons and people with a disability in maintaining our lovely centre garden. This includes potting and watering plants and chatting about their upkeep. No special skills are needed, just patience and an interest in gardening.

Times available Monday to Friday between 10am to 12:30pm.

Many volunteers support our Respite Centre, and new volunteers are always welcome. So please contact us on (07) 3285 5955 to discuss any other opportunities that may be available.
