Overview

The National Business Development Coordinator will assist in developing a pipeline of potential new corporate partnerships for OFA, working closely with the National Business Development Director.

The Business Development team focuses on a key enablement part of OFA’s Operational Plan - sourcing funding from corporate partners and other funding sources to ensure strong relationships so that these partners and donors continue to partner with and give to OFA well into the future!

Responsibilities

The National Business Development Coordinator’s core responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understand of the OFA value proposition and how to convey this to potential corporate partners.
  • Develop an understanding of key target industry verticals and the players who operate in them.
  • Helping to execute on a strategy targeting specific partnership opportunities in key verticals.
  • Generating new potential partnership meetings & continuing to progress leads through the sales flow.
  • Coordinate appropriate stakeholders to attend meetings as required.
  • Attending new business meetings and assisting developing the new client relationship thereafter.
  • General business development / sales administration support.


Additional requirements

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.

Time Required

4 - 6 hours per week.
