About this opportunity

We are seeking warm, caring, reliable and empathetic volunteers with good communication skills able to commit to weekly contact (in person and when unable on the phone, letters, postcards).


Additional requirements

Covid-19 vaccination . National Police Certificate *.

Volunteers must be over 18 years of age and complete an initial online information session. Volunteers must also complete a National Police Check plus a statutory declaration if they have been a citizen or resided in a country other than Australia since the age of 16. Covid vaccination including booster is required and following covid safe protocols.

Volunteers provide 2 professional referees.

A minimum 12 month/ongoing commitment is also required.

Time Required

Weekly in person contact (when unable on the phone, letters, postcards).
