About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrator to fill the role of CEO.

Victims and Witnesses of Crime Court Support (VWCCS) has been providing court support for victims and witnesses of crime for more than 15 years. It has become an integral support agency within the courts in which it operates - the Downing Centre, Parramatta Justice Precinct and Newcastle courts. It has 110 volunteers, many of whom have had long tenure of 8-10 years, and dedicated offices in these court locations.

VWCCS has Deductible Gift Recipient status and is entirely managed by volunteers. It has no recurring funding, however it has a history of successful grant applications. It has an Operational Management Committee, with clearly defined roles, to manage the various courts and functions. It has a Board which regularly meets as an Incorporation Committee. The CEO position has become vacant due to the retirement of its founder.

Time Required

No set office hours - expectation of around 10-15 hours a week.
