Bus Driver / Community group support
About this opportunity
The bus would be required to be picked up from store location at Croydon Park and delivered back when not in use or at end of day.This role also has the option for the volunteer to stay for the day and be a support for the engagement of our clients within the group with activities programmed. There will be occasional outings planned that the driver would need to be available for with all meals and associated expenses covered by the organisation. Our plateia program is a Greek based social program so speaking Greek would be an advantage but is not essential to the role/s. This role could appeal to those learning to speak Greek , conversational or travel , providing opportunity to practice and develop their language skills further. All Training and meals (staying for day period) would be provided for the volunteer/s.
All volunteers require to provide evidence of COVID 19 vaccinations including booster and current Flu Vaccination. A Police clearance is required - organisation can support to obtain if required Current drivers Licence

Covid-19 vaccination . Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *.

* Best practice volunteer involvement recommends that a volunteer role should not be more than 15-16 hours per week.
Thursday's 8am - 10.30am and 1.30pm - 3.30pm, or all day 8am - 3.30pm
