Do you want to make a difference in your local community by providing support to Seniors? If so we have the position ready and waiting for YOU to join our TEAM. Volunteer Day Club Support Partner’s will, under guidance from Staff, ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of Community Care Services Club Members. Volunteer Day Club Support Partner’s will provide support to club staff in assisting club members whilst attending the club and during club outings. We would welcome a conversation with you to learn what you can offer us and what we can offer you! Ability to drive (volunteer drivers) Ideally you would possess the following Enjoys working with older people Empathy and kindness Good communication skills

Additional requirements

Covid-19 vaccination . Driver's Licence . National Police Certificate *. NDIS screening check .

Volunteers are required to: • Adhere to COS Policies and Procedures. • Undergo a Police Screening check & NDIS Worker Screening Check • Provide proof of COVID vaccination certificate (triple vaccination required) • Align with the City of Swan’s Mission and Vision Statement

Time Required

8am-4pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday (including bus run support) or 10am-2.30pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday (can include bus support for outings)
