ENGLISH TUTOR FOR ADULTS
About this opportunity
AMEP recruits, trains and places volunteers to support adults from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds as they learn English, settle in Australia, learn about Australian way of life and connect with the community.
No previous experiencing in teaching is required, however, you will need to be a resident of Victoria.
Additional requirements
National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
Good level of spoken and written English. Meet learner at agreed location, 4 hours per month.
Must be a resident in Victoria
Minimum of 4 hours per month (1-2 hrs per week). Participate in on-going tutor training professional development workshops as needed via digital platforms
