Website Developer/Content Designer

Mental Health Regular - less than 6 months Anywhere

About this opportunity

To be successful in this role, you should have experience building web pages from scratch and in-depth knowledge of the associated programming languages. Familiarity with Shopify would be an advantage. Ultimately, you will ensure our web pages are up and running, and cover both internal and external customer needs.

Key responsibilities/scope  Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications  Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members  Create wireframes to decide on layout  Write or review code for various applications  Run functionality testings and debug code  Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)  Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date.

Qualifications and Requirements  Work experience as a Website Developer and/or Content Designer  Expertise in programming languages  Solid knowledge of HTML  Experience with mock-up and UI prototyping tools  Understanding of security practices  Familiarity with network diagnostics tools  Excellent teamwork skills in cross functional teams  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
