Hospitality Help Perth Social Centre
About this opportunity
Bethanie, Western Australia’s leading not for profit aged care and retirement living provider, has been warmly welcoming and caring for seniors for over 65 years. We strive to lead the change in the way Australians think about ageing, recognising ‘old age’ as a positive force in society and giving a voice to those who have seen it all and live to tell the tale.
This volunteer opportunity invites you to help make a meaningful difference by supporting our staff in providing engaging activities and companionship with our residents.
No one day is the same! You would help around hospitality, assisting with meal prep, kitchen duties, mingling with clients and supporting the staff in running the day both in centre and when on outings.
Through ongoing visits you will establish wonderful new friendships.
Days we are looking for support are Wednesday and Thursday or Wednesday and Friday (the Friday would be in West Perth). Please get in touch if you are available any of these days.
