HR Coordinator

About this opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate volunteers with their end-to-end HR lifecycle.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate internal communications related to HR.
  • Coordinate with the IT/Admin team to set up new staff logins.
  • Update and maintain volunteer records in the HRMS system.
  • Maintain all HR folders in the HR Drive in an orderly manner.
  • Report any discrepancies to your Line Manager.
  • Ensure a positive experience for every candidate.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in HR.
  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist or in an administration role is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Sound communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills.

Time Required

10-15 hours per week, flexible with timings. Must be very responsive to emails, phone calls and/or text messages from volunteers.
