Girls Cricket Team Coach
About this opportunity
Motivated coach required to support young women in junior cricket. The role does require some knowledge of cricket and an interest in supporting young people to be part of a team. Coaching qualification is not essential as support will be given but some online and face to face training will be required to be undertaken. You may be called upon to help set up or other tasks as we are all about team work. If you are a self-starter and able to make practical decisions with the framework of Team Connects policies and procedures and are interested in shaping this position to be yours whilst bringing out the best in these young people, we want to hear from you.
Additional requirements
National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
An interest in cricket or sports coaching would be an asset. Be available for 1 training session after school during the week (not essential but preferred) and for Saturday morning games. A working with Children's Check is required along with a National Police Certificate. Team Connect WA will cover the cost of obtaining coaching qualification via The W.A.C.A.
One afternoon a week (desirable) and Saturday Mornings between October and March
