About this opportunity
Join us in celebration of Shorebirds Week at Landing Lights Wetlands for an early morning Birdwatching tour with Greg McLachlan from Sydney Pelagics.
This will be a great opportunity to learn about some of the remarkable bird species that occupy the wetlands and to snap some pics to enter into CVA's photo competition for a chance to win cool prizes!
Greg will also be teaching us how to collect and upload data to contribute to the research and conservation of these birds using the eBird App - one of the world’s largest biodiversity-related science projects.
We will then finish the morning off with a complementary breakfast on site. Please remember to wear long pants and long sleeves, a hat, sunscreen and bring your own drinking water.
All welcome, we hope to see you there!
