About the National Games
Few sporting events can match the social and emotional impact of the Special Olympics Australia National Games. Every four years, hundreds of athletes with an intellectual disability from all over Australia demonstrate their skills and sportsmanship at the
Special Olympics Australia National Games, the flagship event of Special Olympics Australia.
- For athletes it's the culmination of years of regular and dedicated training.

- For volunteers it provides a joyous outlet for their generosity.
About the role
To make this all happen we need a friendly and committed volunteer to assist the Games Director in managing our accreditation function.
The Accreditation Manager is responsible for ensuring that all agreed constituents receive the appropriate accreditation for the 2022 Special Olympics National Games.

Time Availability: We will need you to be available approx. 2 hours per week between June - October 2022.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
From the 1st of February 2022, Special Olympics Australia requires all volunteers to be fully vaccinated (minimum of 2 vaccinations). Proof of vaccination will be required prior to commencing the role.
Special Olympics Australia is a child safe organization and conducts relevant checks as part of volunteer screening.
