About this opportunity

Examples of activities you may be invited to take part in are informal small group career conversations, Resume advice & mock interview practice, careers fairs, inspiring Women, Inspiring Apprentices, Primary Futures “What’s My Line of Work” game or short talks that explain how a subject that students study in school is used in the workplace. Activities usually take up to 2 hours of your day. Simply sharing what you do now and how you got there can change a young person’s life. Check out the ITF Australia website and visit “news” to see examples of activities taken place and video clips as well. Using your password, you can modify your online profile at any time. You will need to comply with the statutory volunteer Working With Children requirements in the State or Territory you reside or work in.

Time Required

At least one hour per year but could be more. It depends on the activity itself, the number of invitations received from schools and a volunteer 's availability.
